The Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs was organized in 1928 and has grown to include 109 individual Member Clubs located across Texas and throughout the nation.  The mission of our organization is “by individual and united effort to contribute in every way to the comfort and welfare of the students and to cooperate with Texas A&M University in maintaining a high standard of moral conduct and intellectual attainment”.  Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs are proud organizations, proud of Texas A&M University and proud of the daughters and sons they send to Texas A&M.  Aggie Moms are also proud of making a contribution: to the education of their students, to the future of Texas A&M University and to the future of the Great State of Texas.

About the Federation

The Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs is a unique organization.  As far as we know, Texas A&M is the only university in the United States where student’s mothers are organized for the purpose of supporting their children and the university they attend.

Since our founding in 1928, the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs has grown along with Texas A&M University.  The Federation now includes approximately 6,650 Aggie Moms who are members of 110 Mothers’ Clubs which are organized into fourteen geographic Districts across Texas and around the nation.

Our Member Clubs and the overseeing Federation Executive Board are governed by the Federation’s Bylaws.  The Bylaws were written in 1928 and have been amended through the years, but remain much the same today.

Aggie Moms are very proud of the support they give their Aggies.  They are especially proud of the financial support they provide the students and Student Organizations of Texas A&M University.  During the last Club Year, Aggie Moms’ Clubs contributed almost $300,000.00 in scholarships and donations to TAMU.
