Scholarship Application, Eligibility and Documents

Scholarship Applications Open January 4 - February 28

The Montgomery County Aggie Moms Club Scholarships will be awarded in the Spring (April) of each year and funded the following Fall semester. 

The number and value of scholarships to be awarded will be determined annually by the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Aggie Moms Club.

2026 Applicant Eligibility
(as defined in Bylaws 2025-26 Standing Rules)
 
  1. Current Texas A&M University full-time undergraduate student attending Texas A&M University – College Station or a Texas A&M University defined branch campus. 
  2. Texas resident, permanent Montgomery County address. 
  3. Minimum 3.0 GPA. 
  4. Minimum 12 credit hours completed at Texas A&M University – College Station or a Texas A&M University defined branch campus. 
  5. Full-time undergraduate student enrolled (≥12 credit hours) in the upcoming Fall Semester at Texas A&M University – College Station (or a Texas A&M University defined branch campus). 
  6. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to Texas A&M University. 
  7. Have not previously received a Montgomery County Aggie Moms scholarship. 
  8. Not under NCAA athletic scholarship.

    1. In 500 words or less, the essay should answer, “How has becoming an Aggie impacted you?“.
    2. You will be required to attach a copy of your essay as a required field in section 6 of this application. Be sure to have it completed prior to starting the application.  
  4. Attach the most recent copy of Student’s transcript (May be pulled from the student’s university account in Howdy)  in the required field of section 7 in the application.
  5. Confirmation of submission of completed application.
